The Evening Division at LingTungUniversity

History

The Evening Division was established in 1965.Beginning with three-year programs, the Evening Division continued to found two–year programs and various departments in order to meet business development and social demands since then.In 1999, LingTungCollege was upgraded to four-year college.Added to the college were two-year and four-year bachelor’s degree programs.In 2005, LingTungCollege was renamed LingTungUniversity with Master’s degree programs.So far, the Evening Division has 16 undergraduate programs and six graduate programs.

Goals

◎ To aid students in preparing professional knowledge and competence and making appropriate career selections.

◎ To cultivate human resources in the fields of information technology, services, and management.

◎ To extend the vocational education for high school and junior college graduates and support their on-the-job trainings.

◎ To cooperate with communities in accordance with the social needs
